Compounded Medications

When applicable, compounded GLP-1 medications are fulfilled through appropriately licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies within the applicable telehealth and fulfillment process.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved in the same manner as commercially manufactured FDA-approved medications.

The availability of specific medications, formulations, strengths, pharmacies, or treatment options may change and may depend on clinical eligibility, applicable law, state availability, pharmacy availability, and provider discretion.

OutfitMD & Other Third-Party Services

The Well works with independent third parties, including OutfitMD, licensed healthcare clinicians, pharmacies, payment processors, shipping providers, and other service providers.

These organizations may operate independently from The Well and may maintain their own terms, privacy practices, clinical procedures, eligibility requirements, and policies.

When you leave The Well’s website or interact with an independent third-party platform, your use of that service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

Ongoing Support From The Well

The Well’s involvement does not necessarily end when an order is fulfilled.

Depending on the program or service selected, The Well may continue to provide non-medical support including wellness education, customer assistance, accountability, coaching, assistance navigating the ordering process, general lifestyle guidance, and ongoing support throughout your wellness journey.

Our goal is to help customers feel supported before, during, and after the ordering and fulfillment process.

However, The Well’s support does not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Questions involving medication suitability, dosing, prescription changes, side effects, contraindications, symptoms, diagnoses, or other medical concerns should be directed to the appropriate licensed healthcare clinician.

Coaching & Wellness Guidance

Coaching and wellness support provided by The Well are intended for educational, motivational, and accountability purposes.
Coaching may include topics such as general wellness habits, hydration, nutrition awareness, protein intake, sleep routines, exercise consistency, goal setting, and accountability.
Coaching does not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, nutritional therapy, psychotherapy, or individualized medical advice unless separately provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting within their professional scope.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
The Well does not guarantee specific health, weight, fitness, cosmetic, wellness, or treatment outcomes.
Any testimonials, customer experiences, educational examples, or discussions of potential benefits are not guarantees that another individual will experience the same results.

Eligibility
