Personalized Hormone Support, Guided by a Licensed Provider

TRT and HRT are not one-size-fits-all. Each program begins with an individual health and symptom assessment followed by a telehealth consultation. When clinically appropriate, an independent licensed provider will determine testing requirements, treatment options, and ongoing monitoring based on your needs.

Both pathways begin with an individual evaluation and consultation with a licensed provider.

The Men’s Signature TRT program is a provider-guided testosterone replacement pathway for men. It includes a health and symptom assessment, required baseline bloodwork, a telehealth consultation, and ongoing monitoring when treatment is prescribed.

The Women’s Signature HRT program is a provider-guided hormone replacement pathway for women. A licensed provider reviews your health history and symptoms, determines whether testing is needed, and develops an individualized plan when appropriate.

Program eligibility, testing requirements, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are determined by an independent licensed provider.

What’s Included in Your Program?

Both memberships provide a guided process from initial evaluation through ongoing follow-up.

Health & Symptom Review

Complete a questionnaire covering your health history, current symptoms, and personal goals.

Testing Guidance

TRT requires baseline bloodwork. For HRT, the licensed provider determines whether laboratory testing or imaging is needed.

Telehealth Consultation

Meet virtually with a licensed provider who reviews your information and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate.

Ongoing Follow-Up

If treatment is prescribed, receive education, progress monitoring, and continued communication through the BriteRx app.

How Your Program Works

From enrollment through ongoing follow-up, each step is guided by your individual evaluation and provider recommendations.

Choose the Men’s Signature TRT or Women’s Signature HRT program and complete your purchase.

02 — Register With BriteRx

Follow the instructions you receive to create your account and complete the health and symptom questionnaire.

03 — Complete Required Testing

TRT requires baseline bloodwork before treatment. For HRT, the provider determines whether laboratory testing or imaging is needed.

04 — Meet With Your Provider

Attend a telehealth consultation so a licensed provider can review your history, symptoms, goals, and applicable test results.

05 — Begin Treatment if Approved

If treatment is prescribed, the prescription and medication shipment will be coordinated. Follow the instructions provided for your specific treatment.

06 — Receive Ongoing Follow-Up

Your first follow-up is generally scheduled around three weeks after beginning treatment, followed by continued monitoring, education, and communication through the BriteRx app.

Purchasing a program does not guarantee a prescription. Eligibility, testing, prescribing, and treatment decisions are determined by an independent licensed provider.

Unlimited Provider Consultations—Included

Unlike standard consultations that require a separate payment, ongoing consultations with a licensed provider are included with your active Signature Membership at no additional consultation fee. There is no set visit limit, so you can request another appointment whenever questions or concerns arise, subject to scheduling and provider availability.

This benefit applies to provider-consultation fees; other treatment-related costs may vary.
