1. Choose and Purchase

Browse the available options, select the product you would like to explore, and complete your purchase.

2. Check Your Email

Our team will email you to confirm your order. Any required forms will be sent through DocuSign so you can review and sign them online.

3. Meet With a Provider

After any required forms are completed, the team will send your Zoom link for the telehealth visit. Opening the link may take you directly into the meeting. Prescription decisions are made by the licensed provider.

4. Receive Your Product

Approved orders are shipped directly to you. Instructions are included in the package, and your online portal provides dosing and administration guidance.

How do I know which category to choose?

Start with the category that best matches your main goal. You can explore product information within each pathway or request guidance if you are unsure where to begin.

Do all products require a provider consultation?

No. You will notice a blue '+' icon in the top left of the product images that require a consultation. You must add a doctor consultation to your cart, alongside your product, to ensure there is no delay in receiving your order. This is typically only required once a year under normal circumstances.

Can The Well help me understand my options?

Yes. The Well can explain available products, category differences, and the ordering process. Medical eligibility and prescribing decisions are handled by licensed providers when required.

What happens after I place an order?
